Our plasma cleaner is a 2.6 L LOW-PRESSURE PLASMA LAB SYSTEM ZEPTO with manual control. The vacuum chamber is equipped with Soda lime glass tray and connected to a Busch Zembra RH0003B vacuum pump. It can be used for the following applications:
– Small batch production of functionalised materials (e.g., glass for microfluidic chip prep)
– Sample preparation for SEM and TEM
– Sterilising tools
